This week, I built a Slackbot for the Clay team that highlights customer feedback:

Why It’s Important
I believe customer feedback is a goldmine for improving product-market fit, refining sales strategies, and optimizing marketing messaging. But when it’s buried in hours of Gong recordings, it rarely makes its way to the right teams.
If sales, marketing, and product aren’t aligned on customer pain points, this happens:
Sales keeps running into the same objections without a playbook to counter
Product teams build features based on gut instinct instead of customer demand
Marketing creates messaging that doesn’t resonate with what prospects want
